Α. After the initial meeting with the client a tailor made service is packaged which can be delivered in 15- 30 days. Once the order is placed with TOG, a confirmatory email will be sent to the address mentioned on the order sheet within 24 to 48 hours, entailing details of the order and delivery schedule. This can be tracked online through the transaction ID received via confirmatory email. TOG representatives are available from 8 AM to 8 PM Mon – Fri.

5. Where can one register the services' complaints?
Α We take every feedback seriously and are open to suggestions for improvement. However, if there is any dissatisfaction or complaint you can email them to feedback@TOGservices.com.
